A platform alone does not deliver capability.
The payload, the integration, the data workflow, and the operational concept decide whether a mission succeeds. I make sure they do — matching the right sonar and sensors to the right autonomous platform, for the right mission.
Right sensor. Right platform. Right mission.
Choosing an autonomous platform is the easy part. Choosing the sonar payload that will actually complete the mission — in your water, against your threat, within your budget — is where programs succeed or quietly fail. That is what I do. Since 1984 I have worked every side of sonar, from Swedish Navy submarine suites to today’s uncrewed surface and underwater vehicles, on both the supplier and the customer side of the table.
Who I Help
Navies · shipyards · system integrators & primes · hydrographic and survey companies · USV/AUV builders · sonar manufacturers.
What I Do
Business Strategy & Go-To-Market
Market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market plans for sonar and maritime-autonomy products — grounded in four decades on both the supplier and customer side. Know where your product wins before you spend on the campaign.
Operational & Tactical Analysis
Independent analysis of how sonar systems and uncrewed platforms perform in real operational concepts — MCM, ASW, and maritime security. Find out how the system behaves before the trial, not after.
Requirements & Specifications
Functional and technical requirements, and independent evaluation of specifications, proposals, and tenders. Write tenders that get you the right system — and judge the proposals that come back.
Technical Sales Support
Hands-on support for demonstrations, trials, and customer engagements — including multi-sensor USV payload integration (forward-looking sonar, multibeam echosounder, sidescan, sub-bottom profiler). Turn a promising demo into a signed contract.
Domains
Mine Countermeasures (MCM) · Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) · Maritime Domain Awareness · Waterside Security · Protection of Critical Underwater Infrastructure · Hydrography · USV/AUV Payload Integration
